Privacy policy
How MUVEX processes data when you send private and corporate requests.
Last updated: 18 September 2026.
Who processes the data
The MUVEX service (“we”) operates under the muvex.uk domain and determines the purposes and means of processing personal data, i.e. it acts as the data controller.
Contact for any data protection questions, including exercising your rights: [email protected] or Telegram @muvex_admin. We respond to such requests within 30 days.
What data we receive
From the website form and correspondence:
- — your name or how to address you;
- — contact details — Telegram, phone/WhatsApp, email (you fill in only those you want);
- — preferred contact channel;
- — transfer direction, currency, approximate amount range;
- — a free-form description of your task;
- — the page of the site from which the request was sent.
When working on a specific case: documents required to verify and execute the transaction. The list depends on the jurisdiction and the nature of the deal, and we request only what is actually required.
Technical data: IP address and country (from Cloudflare headers), user agent, request time — in server logs. Analytics data is collected only after your consent (see the cookie section). When you submit a form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that it is sent by a person rather than a bot; for this, Cloudflare receives your IP address and technical browser data.
Legal basis and purposes
- — Your request and pre-contract steps — to answer your request, analyse the task, propose and agree a route.
- — Legitimate interest — website security, protection against bots and abuse, server logs.
- — Consent — analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- — Legal obligations — checks and document retention where required by applicable law.
We do not use your data for advertising profiling and do not make decisions about you solely by automated means.
Who receives the data
- — Telegram — a request from the website is delivered to the manager as a Telegram message.
- — Cloudflare — website protection and delivery.
- — Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica — visit statistics, only after your consent. Session recording (Webvisor) is disabled.
- — Financial institutions and partners — only the data without which the transaction cannot be executed (for example, payment details for the beneficiary’s bank).
We do not sell data or pass it to third parties for their own marketing. Some of these services are located outside the UK and the EEA — such transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses of the respective providers.
How long we keep data
- — Requests that were not followed up — up to 12 months.
- — Correspondence and documents for completed cases — for the period required by applicable law for such transactions, but no longer than necessary.
- — Server logs — up to 90 days.
- — Analytics data — according to the retention periods of the respective services.
Your rights
You have the right to: obtain a copy of your data; correct inaccurate data; request erasure; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent to analytics; receive your data in a portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the data protection authority of your country.
Cookies and analytics
On your first visit we show a consent request. Until you consent, analytics scripts are not loaded and analytics cookies are not set — neither Google Analytics nor Yandex Metrica.
If you chose “Essential only”, analytics stays off. To change your decision, clear the site data in your browser — the request will appear again.
Confidentiality and NDA
At the client’s request, a non-disclosure agreement is signed before case details are disclosed. For returning clients the NDA is signed once and covers subsequent transactions. Private and corporate cases are handled separately.
Security
The site works over HTTPS only. Access to requests is limited to the manager handling the case. We do not store payment details on the site and do not ask you to send them through the form.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the page. We publish material changes here before they take effect.
